When reporting a bug, please include:

App version (Settings)
Device and OS version
Map / animal, plant, or natural feature involved (if relevant)

Languages

Settings → choose native language (UI) and learning language (map content). On a map you can temporarily switch EN/VI when the two languages differ.

Maps & downloads

Savanna, Pond and Rainforest are all free. Savanna (day and night) comes with the app, ready to play offline from the first launch. Pond and Rainforest each need a one-time content download while online, then can be played offline. Additional maps need an internet connection for the first content download after unlock. If a download fails, check the network and try again. To free space, parents can remove downloaded content in Settings → Manage storage (behind the parental gate). A removed map downloads again when it is opened while online. Only Savanna comes with the app and cannot be removed.

Map purchases

Unlock each paid map from the map list or world hub (parental gate before checkout). Restore: Settings → Restore purchases with the store account used to buy. Manage purchases in your store account settings.
